The service commitments contained in handling contracts is automatically fed into GS RealTime so that full awareness of such commitments is provided to dispatchers and resources, and handling tasks, whatever their diversity, are precisely created, monitored and registered. The joint work of GS CRM and GS RealTime ensures the identification of extra services, so that these, along with contracted services are all submitted to the system’s invoicing process.

The invoicing process may include the actual issuing of invoices, either over invoicing cycles or on the spot for ad-hoc clients, or the transferring of all invoicing data to an external financial system.
