INFORM has been implemented GS RealTime and Rostering at the aircraft-cleaning department of OCS to optimise rostering and real-time allocation processes as well as communications at London Heathrow Airport T1 and T4.
The roll-out was done by OCS. Most recently the OCS Systems Project Coordinator announced the going-live of GS Real-Time at Gatwick. The system is used for deployment of resources for 3 operations: Aircraft Cleaning, Toilet & Water Servicing and Highlift Servicing. This is the entire 'Aircraft appearance' operation in both North and South Terminals for all OCS' customers including British Airways. The implementation of automised communications and minimised paper work using statistics data for reporting \ invoicing will follow soon.
